Illness/Sickness: Redish tail effecting legs?

Thank you, He has a big black hole that has opened up on his side, hes rioting from the inside, its been two weeks sense he's eaten anything, while she is always hungry, happy and alert. I guess im getting drunk tomorrow... thanks again everyone

Have you not been looking for a vet?

He should only be euthanised by a qualified vet, if that is what is needed.

Don't wait for him to die, find a vet ASAP

Chris - A qualified vet is the best choice, but not everyone has that choice. Some people don't have a qualified vet available and some can't afford it. I would not bring an axie to a dog-and-cat only vet even to terminate its life - I think I could do a kinder job myself without subjecting it to even more stress. That is why that that euthanasia page is on this site.

I'm so sorry he declined so quickly. I hope you can find out what happened.

The Op hasn't mentioned looking for a vet, I had posted twice on this thread mentioning finding a vet that can deal with amphibians asap to help prevent further pain/suffering. I wasn't suggesting using a 'dog-and-cat only vet'. So naturally I mentioned it a third time since its quite important to try and seek a vet that could give a diagnosis and then potentially provide professional euthanasia, especially with the fast deterioration. Why perform such a task your self when seeking a qualified vet first is always the best course of action.

Sorry if you misunderstood
