Rice Flour Beetles for Terrestrial Fire Belly?

Has anyone tried feeding rice flour beetles to their terrestrial FBs? I have 4 FB's that morphed alittle over a year ago. None show any signs of beeing ready to move to water. I've been feeding them fruitflies, but am worried about that the 2 "runts" aren't getting enough food-both are still under 2 inches Bean beetles seem a little too big. Any thoughts?

I always found the flour beetle larva to be the preferred food. Ive seen numerous critters spit out the beetle. I usually use a small seive and fine forceps to pluck out larva and put in a shallow dish. Most seem to love them.
