Salamander

I found a Salamander up in the forest past Payson, AZ. It is black with a few yellow markings down his back and about 4 inches in total length. I was wondering if anyone knew which species this is and what I can do for it. I own other lizards but am looking up how to care for this new one. Any information will help. Thanks.
