Illness/Sickness: Save my ribbon

My ribbon is still not well I have tried over the last week to do everything that has been suggested to help him.

So now I am asking if anyone in the Newcastle, Australia area would be willing to take him and give him the life he deserves. I do not want him to suffer another day and I'm worried that is what's happening.

He has a great personality and often performs what I have called the Mexican hat dance across the front of his tank. He will let you hand feed him.
I believe he is a wild type, black with speckles on his tail.
