A couple weeks ago I moved my tylototriton shanjings (6) to a tank in my classroom. When I finally got around to cleaning the old tank, I found three babies! Two were completely morphed, but one still had gills. My originals are only two years old so I wasn't even checking for eggs yet. I'll definitely keep eyes out this season. This is so exciting!
The biggest of the three is in the picture. The other two don't have any color yet. They are 2 1/2 to 3" long. Very cute. My students think they are awesome!
