Heya All, I've been seeing white flat worms in my axie's tank. The largest ones I've seen are about a 1/4 inch in length with an arrow shaped head. He's fed chopped earthworms which he gladly eats in entirety, so it's not like there's food lying around the tank.
My concern is this: do these pose a danger to him and if they do, how do I eradicate them. Also do they come from his food? Has anyone else had this issue?

Sounds like planaria, they're completely harmless to your axolotls. They can appear in almost any tank. You don't have to worry about getting rid of them, but if there are alot then you might be overfeeding since they feed off of waste.
Look up planaria and it might just be what you have! I think they're really cool and wish mine were bigger lol.

If you want to get rid of them you can just clean the inside glass of your tank with an unused sponge or whatever you use to do it with. Just don't do a full clean down of your tank because it'll break it's cycle. They're organisms so they have somekind of role in the ecosystem of your tank.

Sorry for blabbering on, hope this helped lessen your worries!
