How to contact and address US senators (also includes how to find the 2 senators for your state at the top): U.S. Senate: Contacting U.S. Senators

List of senators on the US Senate Committee for the Environment and Public Works (EPW): Members - U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works

List of all US senators (I suggest writing a letter to the committee and a separate letter to your the senators from your own state, especially if they are not on the EPW committee): see the first link above - there are dropdown boxes to select your state.

So you mean that you write a letter to the EPW committee as a whole? I did see a way to contact them in the link. Do you have an opinion on whether to send these letters via the websites, or write them out and snail mail them?

thank you

Yes, 1 letter to the committee, 1 other letter addressed to your 2 senators if one or both is not on the committee. Snail mail beats everything but you can send it both ways and call them by phone too if you like.

with axolotls would I basically have to keep buying and buying new axolotls to prevent inbred breeding which costs a lot of money??

Not necessarily but if you’re wanting to continue to grow your breeding capacity then yes. Breeding axolotls isn’t a cheap hobby nor is it a get rich quick scheme. It costs a lot of money and time and deditcation

Would Chinese fire belly newts be more or less inclined towards an aquatic eft set up versus Japanese . I'm raising them and have abandoned the terrarium at about 5 months old and switched to the aquatic setups you describe. I'm wondering if I could do this as soon as they morph?
