Shadow needs help!

hi it's looby again.
Shadow has now become sick again.
He has gotten really skinny, he is not eating,he is sitting on the bottom of his tank with his mouth wide open an has weird marks on his skin (i don't know if it's just his insides)
i have now put him in a small tank, and keeping it ice cold. (not as cold as a fridge though) tried him in the fridge for a week made no difference but pooped once. I don't have a test kit, but i reasearched on the net about the simptoms and he doesn't seem to have any.
