Evening all,
Ermm I was wondering if anyone (UK?) had ideas re shelves for Salamanders?
I keep mine in the "clinical" way Mike recently outlined - plastic box, paper towels - and when they are ready to drop the next generation I put the box at an incline (sometimes with a brick underneath) and add a little water, which obviously stays at the lower end.
Anyway, last night I was out in the Salamander-zone (or "Garage" as some households call it). I was surveying all that I have prior to bringing it in, into an unheated bedroom during the cold snap the UK is expecting next week.
The thought that struck me was - in the immortal worlds of Celine Dion - "This is getting serious". I have a lot now!!!
So I need to get my hands on some quality shelves, angled for the above reason, with a lip to hold the boxes.
Any shopping ideas gratefully received.
PS
I should add I was thinking of something metallic and that I have no DIY skills whatsoever.
