Today I welcomed home my first albino axie ... I was looking for a melanoid but unfortunately the breeder had none, I was more than happy to take this little one home though, he has a cycled 10 gallon all to himself. He is only about 1.5 inches

Aww. It's so tiny. Look how big the hide is!
I still can't imagine how something so tiny can become so huge!

He already has such a great appetite :) We are feeding f/t bloodworms and live blackworms.

I can only imagine with the giant sallies they also start out so teeny and get MASSIVE. and anacondas .. geez.

Awwh, he is so teeny! And look at those bloodworms in his belly!
They're selling 2 this size and colour at my LFS. I was so tempted to get them but having my two is hard enough work as it is!

I also love how Natsu (if the melanoid is Natsu) is looking at him, like, 'Y U so small?!'

Yes Natsu is my melanoid :)

It was a priceless moment... But thank goodness she is not an agressive eater.

They are difficult at this age, I am lucky the little one is such a good eater.
