Should I vary My sals diet and if so how?

I’ve had my Tiger sal since he was just metamorphosed and have been feeding him nightcrawlers Since I got him. (three years) I fed half a worm per feeding for two years and when he was big enough I fed a whole nightcrawler. (The 5-6 inch variety)

I read that a staple of nightcrawler is all you need but I also want him to have enrichment With different feeders. I feed him a single worm every four days in a repeating timer. (No scheduled Monday feed, Friday feed. Type schedule) I would rather have feeders that can stay in the fridge like nightcrawlers and have decent calcium so I don’t need to dust. (also like nightcrawlers) I was thinking Phoenix worms? I would like a weekly schedule but found it least conplicated for me the way it is now.

In short my question is what feeder That is nutritious, and can stay in my fridge would work in conjunction with nightcrawlers for a adult tiger sal? If possible a example weekly feed schedule would be very helpful! (He is keep at 75 degrees Fahrenheit that sometimes drops to 70 for short periods, if this helps)

Crickets, dubia, and isopods are also good feeders, but should not be refrigerated.

What kind of isopod, I thought they had a lot of keratin like mealworms?

I did some reading on older forums, I’m going with orange Isopods. Hoping to get a culture started within a month.

Double checking just to be sure porcellio scaber would work as a feeder no matter color morph correct? Wild type is easy to find and more affordable that the orange you recommended on another forum.

Isopods do have kind of a shell, but they're quite digestible. They are a good source of calcium. I would say that scaber would work, but don't put in very many at a time.
