Sick axolotl maybe two

So I have had one axolotl with a open mouth. The open mouth has improved significantly but I'm now worried because I have a second axolotl that chomp the tweezers and its given her a white bit of fungal infection along her lip. Now she's keeping her mouth slightly ever so slightly open I noticed just Joe. I'm going to put her in a blue bath. Like IMMIDIATELY. However, I noticed now on my axolotl with the open mouth a whiter spot on her that wasn't there before. Not like a fungal spot but like on her skin. I have been looking at this weird white dot on her that I've been wondering if it an xanthophore or not because she isn't an adult and she definitely has some they were very visable on her head when she was small. (Assumed gender easier idk her gender yet she's not 18 months). I did have to go to the er twice (icu once for over a week) as I was just diagnosed with heart problems. I'm wondering what else I can do besides feeding metroplex/kanaplex (I do not have focus so I wanted to add that to see if it makes any difference as I have seen some improvements). I also got my hands on some fritz maracyn oxy and I am thinking maybe I should tub her and treat her with the maracyn oxy to see if the white patch goes away. Or if I should dose metroplex into the water column (judging by how much she goes up for water I think it's a infection perhaps in her lungs?) Idk. Idk what to do. Blue baths don't work and she's very sensitive to them because of the fact she seems to need a bunch of oxygen so I don't like keeping her in there long. I know a severe infection would probably best be treated with at least a 30 min to 60 min bath (I know 60 is the max) I also don't want to unnecessarily stress her. As for the other one with the lip infection could she have caught open mouth? Is that even possible?! I am freaking out if I hurt the second one... oh goodness please help me. at least advice and I know a vet would be great but there isn't one in the area I'm going to try an online vet and see if they can call anything in but for the time being it's been getting better and because of my heart killing me financially I need to try something until then. Please help me.

Picture is a couple days old I'm not at home rn I had to run my dogs outside. It's not swollen or anything or red or effecting her appetite at all. I will mention she die have a really bad infection on her lip for a little bit because I posted asking about a black line and everyone said it was just a callouse but I thought it looked too dark like dark fungal infection tissue so I treated her and it got better. Is there any chance she has now just been doing it out of habit??? She has seemed fine. Like no actual symptoms really since right after being treated for her lip which she was still eating them too not acting as playful bit otherwise mostly normal. She perked right up at treatment. Idk what to do.

This is the second one. She does have white spots on her lip that's not all fungal. But as you can see in the second she seems to be slightly opening it. I think it's just her lip..I did have a bunch of tannins in the water tl try to avoid giving her a second blue bath because she really doesn't like.being taken out of her tank it's really scary for me. So I tried adding a bunch of Indian almond leaves to see if a large amount of tannins would clear it and I figured it couldn't hurt lottie (openouth lotl) but it didn't improve so now she's getting a methalyne blue bath. I think maybe I'll give lottie a 15 minute one too. Idk and as for the maracyn oxy in a tub, good idea or no? It does say it relieves white patchy skin from true bacterial Infections. Oh I may have forgot to mention whilst I was in the hospital my fiance accidentally caused a bacteria bloom I just got cleaned up so maracyn oxy in a tub a good idea? Or should I tub hee and first try dosing metroplex/kanaplex into the water column???

test your waters full parameters.
use 3.5g/l non iodised salt in the water to remove fungus, if axolotls are prone to fungal infection keep in water that contains 2g/l salt.
the white patch can be discolouration from an old wound.
make sure any sand in the tank is turned over regularly.

So maracyn oxy by fritz is basically salt, the main ingredient is sodium chlorite. And it's a non anti bacterial fungal/bacterial medication that is supposed to be way more effective than methalyne blue. It was super hard to get my hands on. Do you think that will be effective? I want to tub them and do a water change because weirdly enough my nh4 is kinda high idk why necessarily my nh3 is barely existing and that I blame on the filter cleaning/light sand raking I was foced to do and after the bacteria bloom my cycle is very fragile right now so live bacteria has been a theme. I'm about to tub them right now. They'd be tubbed for 3 days if the medication is taking alright and it's supposed to be a great medication for axolotls. (Only maracyn oxy not mardel) do you think that will be effective?

maracyn oxy is sodium chlorite/hydrochlorite (a type of salt, not to be confused with sodium chloride) which is used as a bleaching agent, for water purification, an oxidising agent, as such it shouldn't be used in a tank as it will destroy the biological filtration ie.. the cycle, although it is used to treat fungal infections in amphibians great care must be used when using it as it is harmful be inhalation and can cause enviromental damage (should be warning on box).
NH4+ is ammonium NH3 is ammonia (free-ammonia) normally these are tested together in the majority of ammonia tests ie.. API liquid ammonia test tests TAN (total ammonia nitrogen ie.. NH4+ NH3), did you mean the ammonia test (NH4+ NH3) is high but the nitrites (NO2) or nitrates (NO3) are low.
if your ammonia has gone high or spiked.. test ph, ensure adequate/good water oxygenation, adequate/good level of bio-media, check for any hidden waste, reduce food given.
if nitrites have risen/spiked.. ensure adequate/good water oxygenation, adequate/good level of bio-media.
if nitrates aren't rising.. ensure adequate/good water oxygenation, adequate/good level of bio-media, turn any substrate over.
if nitrates are dropping.. ensure adequate/good water oxygenation, adequate/good level of bio-media, ensure any substrate is turned over etc.. nitrate reduction is done through.. water changes, plants, special filter media, nitrate reactors.
a sudden increase in nitrates.. check for any hidden waste, reduce food given.
