Sick axolotl please help

My axolotl is rapidly losing his gills, in the span of three days he lost them entirely. How can i help fix this issue? It seesms to have started when I bought some moss for his tank, i think he might be having a bad reaction

Hello,

Not much to go with from your post additional information such as:

Water parameters
Ph
Ammonia
Nitrates
Nitrites
Temperateure
Filtration used

Any of the above not being in the normal can cause your issue. Having bad reaction to moss is highly unlikely.
