Sick axolotl?

I noticed a strange white patch that popped up on my albino axolotl’s gills about two days ago. I don’t know if this is a fungus or something else. She isn’t showing any signs of stress like a curled tail or gills. I have her in a 20 gallon tanks and I clean it once a week. The water is approximately 65 degrees and the ammonia is less than .02 ppm. Any advice?

Has the white spot grown/spread at all?
Are there any sharp bits in the tank at all?

I haven’t noticed anything in the tank but the white spot has gotten a little bigger
