I need help! My Axolotl is sick. There is this stuff sticking to him. What is it and what can I do for him?!

Looks to be a fungus, which can be solved with a salt bath: http://www.axolotl.org/health.htm

The only thing I recommend is to not use iodized salt like the website says, use only non-iodized salts. Iodine is very toxic to axolotls and may kill or force it to undergo metamorphosis.

Another question I ask is whether your axolotl is him or her? He/She appears rather bloated and, if it isn't caused by a female's eggs; could be a sign of an internalized infection. This type of infection should only be treated by a qualified veterinarian.
