Sick axolotls, need help !

My axolotls been like this for two days so far , they will not eat and they have like this white stuff coming off them . They also stay in one spot and will not move. Please help ! I just got them from a seller online not even a week ago .

That sounds like fungus... The best thing you can do is make sure your water quality is pristine and they are cool enough.

What is the ammonia reading in the tank they are in? What is the temperature?
