Hello my Axolotl (Shelly) is 4 months old she’s had great health and progressing great or so I thought until a week ago. I tubbed her because I was changing the water in her tank of course with dechlorinated water, but I noticed she was throwing up her food ( I added a pic for reference). I did a good bit of research and was directed to give her a black tea bath I followed those steps and process to the T. She seemed to be doing better but I fear she is taking a turn for the worse. Her gills are slightly moving but her skin is shedding, her limbs are tucked, and her gills are not looking good. I just need some help in super worried about her and not sure what else to do. The closet vet is almost 4 hours away from me and won’t give any advice over the phone. Any advice or help would greatly be appreciated!

skin shed is most commonly caused by water conditions (mainly ammonia), test all water parameter ie... ammonia (TAN), nitrites, nitrates, ph, gh, kh, temperature.
how was the tank cycled?
how do you perform a water change?
