I'd say it's thin. It doesn't look overly sick, other than being underfed. But a close up of the gills and limbs would be ideal. The gravel is bad.

Ouch - skinny baby.
Block of bloodworm every day, remove the gravel, and a waxworm once a week will do the trick to fatten up a 'Lotl quick and safe.
I'm feeding up Ari like this, and did the same thing for Spyyk.

This is a picture of my axie when I first got him/her. I never realised that s/he was so skinny until I compared the two pictures of him/her.
Yes this is the same axie as the one in my avatar. Now I have no gravel in the tank. The tank is bigger and I have some large rocks in it for him/her to play around on.
I'll show you a comparison.

I think I feed him/her a bit too much because I s/he keeps on comin back for more. I sorta think that s/her does because I have a sorta feeding spot for him/her but I'm starting to think that s/he just like hanging around that space.
But I feed him/her pellets and I feed him/her twice a day or so with round 2 to 3 pellets each time. so is that a bit too much.
ohh... and I'm not quite sure if my axie is a him or a her that is why I always use him/her and s/he
