My mudpuppie has gotten real thin, color is off. Little to no movement, doesn't seem to be eating normally. Appreciate any help.

never had mudpuppies, but am generally knowledgeable about aquatic species of salamander. any pictures?
 
the Ammonia, PH, Nitrate, and Nitrite of your water.
