The general rule is that the stomach should be as wide as the head of your axolotl. Yours looks as if that is the case. In the last picture your axie looks fairly solid.
Is your axolotl eating regularly? I'm just wondering what is causing your concern about your axolotls weight/size.
I am quite a new owner, so perhaps one of the more experienced keepers will give more advice.
