Not easily.

Small snails like physa can be eaten by subadult or adult axolotls.
I suppose very big nails like Pomacea can avoid to be eaten but see if they are legal (they are illegal in EU, listed as invasive).

Intermediate sizes could cause impaction if swallowed.
 
even though in the wild snails are part of the staple diet for axolotl, in captivity snail are best avoided as captive axolotls lack the means to break the shell down and can cause impaction.
