The events leading up to this are

i returned yin to her normal tank a few hours ago however at close inspection i took a look in her gills and... it appears as though the one of the stalks which attach to her gills are broken and has something on the end of it,
Shes been flapping her gills a lot and all of her gills move however the stalk tries to move as well.
However she has been seeming very weak since i moved her back.
please help i need to know if its fungus a brake, if its meant to be like that, or maybe if it was the medication

The third image is the other gill, which seems to be fine at the moment
she also seems to have a lot of difficulty moving
