Hey
We have a male axolotl who has recently moved to a much larger tank with a filter but noticed the other day that his tail was red at the end as if he had banged it on something. It is also the first time he has seen a filter so he may have caught it on that. I know the pictures are blurry (will try and upload better quality ones tomorrow) but just want to know what to do now. He is healthy/eating apart from his sore tail. Is there any treatment or will it heal by itself? is it a bang or could it be an infection?
Thank you!!!!!
