Sources for live food cultures (USA)

What sources do U.S. keepers like best for acquiring cultures of things like daphnia, grindel worms, white worms, vinegar eels etc. I'm currently growing my own microworms, blackworms, and brine shrimp but I'm badly in need of getting some daphnia cultures going and some of the other feeders mentioned above.

For just daphnia, I'd recommend Dallas Discus.
If you're getting several cultures at once, I'd recommend any of these places. I have dealt with all of them and been pleased:
