Found this little guy this spring nearby a small pond, can you help me identify what species it is?

It is a crested newt. In Romania occur at least two species of crested newts Triturus cristatus and Triturus dobrogicus. With the information given it is hard to tell which exact species it could be.

What sub-species of tiger salamander did I receive from a seller?

Eastern?
