I have had my salamander for almost a year, i havent had him in the summer before. my room has two brick walls and needless to say, is rediculusly hot. I have been spraying consistantly but now its pooling in the center of the tank! what should i do? its also in the pre made den i made which is where he ussually stays please help.

Misting doesn't cool the tank down, it just makes it wetter. If the water's pooling, stop spraying water into the tank.

If you can't keep the tank cool, you can keep the salamander in the fridge (set on a warmer setting).
