Strange Bumps

Both our axolotls have been getting lumps and bumps all over their skin and i was wondering whether it is something to worry about.
i managed to get some close up pics so you can all have a look and give us your verdict.

How long have they had these lumps/or since you noticed? Have you added anything to your tank that could have effected them - ie objects/companions/chemicals other than a water ager/dechlorinator? Also, have you tested your tankwater for ammonia, nitrites or nitrates?

Maybe your sustrate is rubing against their skin and irritating it?
