Stress Axolotl. New Tank.

I recently (yesterday)moved my juvenile axolotl into his cycled(finally) 10 gallon tank. The water flow is almost none and he isnt being moved around at all. Ammonia 0, Nitrites 0, Nitrates 5. Everything should be fine but his gills are curved more than I have ever seen them. It is slightly more than straight up and down. What should I do? Am I doing something wrong or is this just new tank stress. His tank is bare bottom at the moment but Im gonna get sand when he gets bigger.

I think it could just be the stress of a new environment. This was 3 weeks ago, has anything changed?
