Swollen arm??

Hey i just noticed today my female axie has a very uneven swollen arm. It definitely doesnt look normal, it is much larger than the other and quite lumpy and outstretched, she doesnt seem to be using it when she walks.
does anyone have any idea what this could be? ill try and get some pictures soon. ive just changed alot of water as i moved the tank but i cant think of anything else that would have cuased it, nothing else has changed.
please help!

hey. my camera isnt working! but it does seem to have gone down a little but its still quite lumpy. the water is fine ive tested all that. does anyone know what it could be?

Hmmmz. Is the arm red?
Just keep the water cool. They heal better in cooler water.
