Question: Swollen genitals

My boys genital area looks huge today, was fine earlier but now seems swollen. What could be going on with him. Thanks

He might just be wanting to breed...it's that time of the year. If it looks more than just swollen (looks like anything is hanging out of the cloaca that should not be) it could be a prolapse.
