I have a young, metamorphosed T. Shanjing (about 3” in length) that eats extremely well. His main staple food is nightcrawlers.
I’m currently cutting a piece of the nightcrawler that is as long as the width of his head (based on the breeders recommendation). I feed him every 3 days, based on what I’ve read here.
He asks for food almost daily. Do they over eat or is it okay to feed him as often as he will eat?
I’d probably rather give him small pieces more regularly than increase the size of the piece to avoid choking hazard.
