Hey all,
So i went home for holidays, and had to leave Ash up here with my roommates for two weeks (they fed him for me). He's all alone in his tank, no fish, and the set up hasn't changed in 2 months. Yet when I returned on Sunday, i noticed that his "ring finger" on his right hand was shorter! As in seriously, it looks like he bit off a knuckle or two of his own finger. I can not figure out what happened. The end is very circular, as if part of the bone is sticking out? i don't know what to do!! Should I immediately put him in salt water? He's only about 8 months since hatching, so are chances good that it will re-grow? He seems fine, eating happily, just now has 3.5 fingers....
