Temperature and Filter

Hello everyone, Im looking to getting a tank setup but i have some questions


I know axolotl's are best kept at 14-20 degrees C, but the temperature in my house is about 23. Would that be a major problem?

Also, which would be the best filter to have, other than a canister filter. Im thinking of a 10gal or 20gal tank for one axolotl

The water temp is usally smaller than the air temp. I would reccomend you buying a thermomenter.
