Which one of these two toxins are worse, the toxins produced by the west coast newts, or the toxins produced by the Phyllobates genus of dart frog? Just wondering, not related to my new pair of Tarichas, just curious

I'm not sure about the general rule.. But I do know that some populations of T. granulosa faced with TTX resistant garter snakes can have incredibly high amounts of TTX to account for the resistance in the snakes. I would say that these/this population(s) are definitely more potent than most BTX found in Phyllobates. But in general, I'm not sure.
