There's light brown spots all over my Axolotl

Hey guys, so recently my Axolotl tank came down with detritus worms (and what i assume is their larvae. These tiny bug like things that almost look like sperm with two tails.) And at the same time, I noticed these spots that Remi(my axolotl) is covered in.

I'm worried he might be sick, or have some kind of parasite? He's an albino, and I heard that sometimes they spot with age, but Remi's my first axolotl and I really want to keep him healthy and safe.

Any help would be extremely appreciated!

I think you are describing copepods which are harmless as are detritus worms.

Check your parameters but your lotl is likely fine.
