This came from my axolotl

My axolotl passed this through the night. She was constapated and had feces hanging out of her for a few days. This happened one other time. It was attached to a normal looking poop and is pretty large. It's hard and not squishy. She eats only blood worms. Any idea what it is?

How old is the axolotl and do you have any pictures of the tank its in?

I'm not sure how old she is but she's about 6" long and we got her in December. I'll post pics in the morning. I have a 30gallon tank with no sand or rocks on the bottom
