Throwing up?

I've been feeding my tiger larva earth worms (thats all he wants to eat, i've tried waxworms, shrimp pellets and crickets) but today i noticed him what looked like throwing up large clouds of dirt. The last time I fed him was 2 days ago. I cleaned out his tank just after I saw that and he seems to be perfectly healthy other wise. Is this something I should worry about?

Now he's got small bumps on his head! Are these normal? He's also lost interest in food- he sits beside it with his mouth next to it, but wont't eat! Whats the problem? PLEASE HELP!

It doesn't sound normal. How long have you had it? Describe its tank: how big, size of gravel, etc. How often do you do partial water changes? I don't have any suggestions except maybe to move it to a bare tank of spring water until you figure out what's wrong with its environment. Reading material:
