Topic Order and Visibility

I've re-ordered the topics for more logical flow, given we have added some new ones in the last year (such as the field work area). Any comments are welcome. I've also made the Donor Category visible to non-donors/non-site contributors/non-moderators but you can't see the threads. This is the let you know that it exists. There's also a moderator category of topics but that has always been invisible to normal users and will stay that way.

In order to reduce the total number of topics on the list, what do you think about combining the 3 discussion sections within the Donor and Site Contributor area? There doesn't seem to be much distinction in the topics that appear among them.

Sounds like a plan. I am more concerned about reducing the topics elsewhere - I have some ideas about that.

I've done what you suggested and I've also optimised the food section. I've also added a few new subtopics there.

Suggestions for other optimisations are welcome.
