Trouble posting photos from ipad

I tried to post some picture for my axolotl on for sale forum , but I couldn't seem to get the file up load not sure while , the picture was taken by my iPad , embarrassingly I had to use one of the member's picture of golden Melanoid to explain to the other member who asked about it.
This one is mine in case it doesn't work this time I need help since I'm new here

1) When posting click the black paperclip on the top row of the message box. Then add the picture attachment.

2) You can also go to a website such as TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting upload the file then copy and paste the link by going to the second row and clicking the mountain image icon. (or you can just paste the link)

**If you use the second option, the picture won't show (I believe) It is just the link.
