Hi everyone,
I've just noticed what looks like a bruise on my axolotl, I'm a new axolotl owner and have been worrying about everything.
does this look like a cause for concern?
my tanks parameters are ammonia 0.5ppm, trate 0, nitrite 0.
I've only recently learned that my tank is uncycled, even though I was told by a pet shop it was, so I've been doing daily large water changes to keep the ammonia down and have been dosing the tank with prime.
I've attached two photos, ones a close up of the mark on her tail and the other is just a photo of her in case there is anything a more experienced axoltl owner can spot wrong with her.
hopefully I'm just being overly anxious but I'd rather be safe than sorry!
