Red Salamanders for sure. Spring Salamanders have wider heads and I think they lack spotting.
 
those are red salamanders, if you found those in central florida then they for sure are reds because spring salamanders don't live that far south. You have the duller colored southern subspecies there. That's a good thing as far as care because they should be more heat tolerant, but try to not let the water rise above 65 degrees.
