Hey Everyone,

I just thought I'd post pictures of what my tank looks like now. I rearranged some things around since the last time I posted. I finally have a decent colony of beneficial bacteria in the water and my ammonia level is at zero. I also got a new 'small world' sponge/carbon filter. There's this cool valve on the outside that I can use to control how hard or soft I want the filter to make bubbles. You can see the filter in the photos, but I don't have any pictures of the valve.

I looks very nice! Is the sand at the bottom loose or did you also affix it in place somehow?

Loose. I keep one corner of the tank bare bottom glass for feeding frozen bloodworms. So far it works really well as the 'dinner table'.

Thanks for the compliment as well! :)

The tank looks great. I was wondering what the plants you had on land were.

awesome tank. It makes me want to spruce up my own. Is that Pothos on the land? it doesn't have the white spots, but it kinda looks like it might be.

Ah Pothos. The staple of herp-keeper plants.

The Detroit Zoo has it in every enclosure. It's great!
