Help his fungus is getting worse even with salt baths he has a red bulge and leg help I’m so upset I think he’s on his way out

i hope your axies okay. You may already have done this but you should Isolate him and get him in the fridge, it will slow down the fungas growth. You can try some methylene blue in the water between salt baths. I'm pretty sure theres a sticky in this section about fridging that can explain the process in full.
Also your tank and water migh be effected as well so if your axie has any tank mates they may need to be removed as well.

I think you need to take it to see a vet asap. It's not normal behaviour if the salt bath is not doing anything. The techniques done at home honestly can only do so much and aren't effective for volatile and severe issues. Also, because there are no photos, I'm going to assume the worse that there's a chance of red leg which has to be quick treatment through a vet to get the proper medication or it's too late.
