I started tubbing my axolotl 3 days ago after noticing slime coat issues, which I'm fairly sure were due to higher temperatures this summer. They're currently tubbed at 63F with daily water changes and tea baths, but things look like they're getting worse.
Left is today, right is yesterday.
I'm not experienced with slime coat issues - does this look like it's getting worse, or could this be a natural part of the slime coat healing process? I've purchased methelyne blue, should I use this treatment or will it cause more harm than good?
