Use of photo on Kingsnake.com?

Has anyone noticed that the Neurergus kaiseri photo on the top of the kingsnake newt forums is firstly misnamed (caiseri instead of kaiseri) and it also seems to me that the person credited with giving them the rights to use the photo is not the person who owns the photo?

Yes,I have noticed that. Do you know who the person who actually owns the photo is? You should probably run it by them.
