User Deletion (User List Flushing)

I've just officially implemented the policy of deleting users from the user list who have not used the forums in several months or not at all. This has been going on unofficially for the last year but I thought I should mention it publicly. You can read more details about it here:

If your account has been deleted, this is why. There are good reasons for this policy, the main one being that we're sending over 1100 forum notification emails every day now and the ISP doesn't like us any more. The last user list flush is noted on the main topics page of the forums.

i dont use the email notifications, i should of disactivated them. that should help a tiny bit if i do! sorry john
