I have a small (I believe 5.5 gallon) tank with an African Dwarf Frog and a male betta. I've never seen any issues between the two (my frog will sometimes chase the betta but that's about it). I've been feeding him pellets since I got him (a few months ago), but I noticed lately he hasn't been eating them and he's VERY VERY THIN. I picked up some blood worms (they're Tetra brand made for amphibians that come in little packets) to try to get him to eat ANYTHING and put it straight in front of his face and still nothing. I know the betta isn't beating him up for it (I'll give some to the betta in an opposing side of the tank and watch to make sure he doesn't steal the frog's), but my frog still doesn't seem to be eating.

Any tips? I'd really hate for him to starve to death :(

Even if there isn't noticeable stress between the two the frog is most likely stressed out from being in such close quarters. I would remove the fish and out in its own container for a while and offer adequates amount of food. If he doesn't gain weight then it's possible that it's a health issue, but most likely it's a territorial issue between the two. Mixing two species is never recommended. Yikes!

I moved him to a separate tank and have offered him some pellets and bloodworms. I didn't realize they don't do well with other fish, I'm just hoping I was able to get him out soon enough.
