Weird tail?!? need help

hi all. H. (my axie) is starting to develop a black colouring at the bottom of his tail and it looks like its spreading. hes leucustic, could this just be a pattern that they tend to develop bcoz hes got black spots on his head and i thought it culd be that or culd be sum kind of desiese.

how old is he? black patterning is fairly common, but im not sure it happens so fast that you would notice it unless you watch and study them every day. im not sure about the disease thing, i havent come across any colouring diseases apart from that lady ages ago that had a axie get black on its cloaca when it was a albino.
