What food do you guys feed your fire bellies? I was thinking about guppies . Yes/No Any other ideas???

My toads are fed gut loaded crickets, moths, and worm chunks.

I would assume guppies would work as an occasional treat, just let them flop around on land and the toads would gobble them up.

i feed mine mainly chopped earthworms , freshly shed mealworms , small crickets and drosophila

Thanks , I was thinking for letting a few guppies live in water part of the set up.

With fire bellies preferring shallow water and guppies preferring it quite a bit deeper, I would be surprised if the toads even noticed them.

I feed primarily red wigglers, but also offer live blackworms, freshly shed mealworms, small crickets, and frozen-thawed bloodworms. I have had live guppies in their tank occasionally, but the toads don't pay any attention to them. Usually the guppies overpopulate the tank and are thrown into the turtle tank.
