Hi, awhile ago I posted as ethan had a run in with our fish and as a result lost his gills. All is good now, Ethan has moved into his own private accomodation complete with sand, a greenery area and tunnels to hide in. He seems very happy and his gills are growing well. However although I feed him a wriggly worm every day he seems to have stopped pooing. Usually I suck up a pile of Ethan waste every day but for the last 5 days - nothing. Don't know if this is bad or not, being a veterinary nurse I know that with dogs/cats as long as they're still eating they are generally fine, axies I really don't know. Please enlighten me!

He may be pooping in areas where it isn't readily visible. And axie poop disintegrates quite quickly. How often do you rearrange things and vacuum the substrate?

His tank not that big - no where really for him to hide it. I check for any waste and push through his sand every day. Part water change every 2nd day.
